Dr. Sebastian Hofzumahaus

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences

Dr. Sebastian Hofzumahaus is a seasoned biotechnologist with over a decade of experience in the Life Science Industry. He holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Bioengineering and a Master of Science in Biotechnology. Following his PhD in Biocatalysis, he began his career in 2013 as a Scientist in the R&D department at m2p-labs. During his time there, Sebastian held various roles in R&D, contributing to the development of microbioreactors and the RoboLector liquid handling platform. In 2018, he transitioned to Product Management, where he established and led a new department starting in 2019. After m2p-labs was acquired by Beckman Coulter Life Sciences end of 2020, Sebastian assumed the role of a Global Commercial Product Manager in the Cell Health & Centrifugation Business Unit.
