Rosita Paleckyte is a junior scientist in the Analytical development department in Polpharma Biologics, the Netherlands. Although her educational background focused on molecular biology, she started her career as a research associate in the AD department in Polpharma Biologics. Initially focused mainly on capillary electrophoresis methods, she quickly moved on towards assessment and implementation of novel analytical methods and high throughput analytical solutions with main emphasis on automation.
